Combine the flour, butter, one egg, two tablespoons of water
together with some salt in to a dough.
Roll out the dough and set it in to a 28 cm round form. The border
should be around 3 cm high.
Groove the dough with a fork several times and bake it for 12
minutes.
Cut the onions and the veggies in to small cubes. Fry the onion for
a little bit, before adding the veggies. Fry for several more minutes.
Regarding the veggies, see below
Grate the cheese and mix it with three eggs. Add crème fraîche, some
pepper and parsley.
Put the veggies on the dough and pour the egg-mixture on top.
Bake for 30 more minutes.
Tips
If the dough is to soft, put it to the fridge for 30 minutes.
The amount of veggies depends on the type of veggies you use. If the
vegetables collapse during frying, like zucchini or mushrooms, it
requires roughly 700 g. When it stays in form like broccoli, around 500
g are enough. If you mix them, take something in between.
Vegetables to use can be carrots, zucchini, mushrooms (champignons)
or broccoli. Also paprika should work nicely.
