Steps

  1. Chop the onions in small cubes, mince the garlic and cut the tomatoes and pepper in small cubes.
  2. Add the onions to some olive oil and sauté them for a couple of minutes.
  3. When the onions are soft, add the garlic and mix for a minute.
  4. Add the pepper aund let it sauté for 5 minutes until also the pepper is soft.
  5. Add the tomatoes with a bittle of water to the mix, add the tomato paste and stir.
  6. After everything is blended, add the spicing and let it simmer for 7-9 minutes until it started reducing.
  7. Crack the eggs open and place in to the sauce. Now add a lit and allow to simmer for another 7-8 minutes.
