Steps

  1. Mix the egg with the milk and half a table spoon of salt.
  2. Soak the bread for rouhgly 1 hour in the milk.
  3. In the mean time finely cut the onions.
  4. After the bread is soaked, add the onions and the melted butter and knead until the consistency wished is reached.
  5. Form fist size balls and let them sit for half an hour.
  6. Boil in salt-water for roughly 10 minutes.
