Ingredients
- 150 g old stale bread
- 100 ml milk
- 25 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
Steps
- Mix the egg with the milk and half a table spoon of salt.
- Soak the bread for rouhgly 1 hour in the milk.
- In the mean time finely cut the onions.
- After the bread is soaked, add the onions and the melted butter and
knead until the consistency wished is reached.
- Form fist size balls and let them sit for half an hour.
- Boil in salt-water for roughly 10 minutes.
