Combine the Sugar, Yeast, 2 Table spoons of flour and add the water.
Mix well and let it stand for 5 minutes, until there is a nice
foam.
Take the Yeast mixture and add flour, salt, 10 ml of olive oil.
Knead to a smooth dough.
Wait for ~1h until the dough doubled its volume.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Grade the cheese, and cut the garlic in to small pieces. Mix
together with the Olive oil and thyme. If you think the mixture has to
little oil - it doesn’t.
Roll the dough into a sausage with an diameter of ~5cm. Cut ~1cm
thick slices from it and put them into the Oil mixture.
Arrange the slices on a baking tray into a large circle.
Put them for ~20 minutes into the oven.
Variations
Chop a small chili and add to the garlic-oil mixture. This adds a
very interesting spicy flavor to it.
