Ingredients
- 150 g white flour
- 250 g Chocolate (65% or more)
- 200 g Sugar
- 125 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
Steps
- Melt 180 g chocolate with the butter in a pot.
- In a bowl whisk the effs, vanille sugar and sugar together.
- Add the chocolate-butter mixture in to this bowl.
- In a different bowl mix the dry ingredients.
- Put the flour mixture to the chocolate and carefully mix.
- Cut the rest of the chocolate in little pieces and mix them in to
the dough.
- Butter a baking tin and bake for 25 minutes on 155°C . Test with a toothpick if ready. There can be
some dough on it.
